Once you make an order, you can return them within 10 days from the day it has arrived without any questions being asked. The refund amount will be credited back to your Bank account.
In case your item has any sort of a manufacturing defect it can be returned within 10 days of receipt and you will be completely refunded after the items have been thoroughly inspected by our team. In the case on an unsuccessful reverse pickup after 3 attempts or if the time exceeds for more than 2 weeks of the pick-up initiation since the first time, then the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product has been self-shipped and fails to dispatch from the customer’s side 2 weeks prior to the refund initiation in that case also, the refund request will be cancelled.
In the case of missing bank details, the customers will be granted points, four weeks after the refund initiation. Although, if the bank details are provided then the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within 2 weeks of initiation for refund.
